  • What is fractional business development support?

    Fractional business development support means accessing senior BD and sales enablement expertise on a part-time or project basis, rather than hiring a full-time BD director or VP of Sales. You get strategic and executional support: pipeline management, process design, partner outreach, enablement materials - without the cost or commitment of a permanent hire. It's well suited to businesses that have a real BD need but aren't at the stage where a full-time BD hire is justified or affordable.

  • How is this different from hiring a sales consultant?
    Most sales consultants advise and then leave. PEAS operates inside your business. We're in your CRM, managing your follow-up, working your pipeline, and building materials your team will actually use.  
  • Do you work with sales teams directly?

    Yes. We can work alongside an existing sales team to provide structure, tools, and process, or we can operate as a fractional BD function for businesses that don't yet have a dedicated team. The engagement is shaped around what you actually need.

  • Can you help us build a BD function from scratch?

    Yes - this is one of the most common starting points for our BD clients. We begin with an assessment of your current pipeline, ICP, and sales activity, then build the process, tools, and materials that give you a foundation to grow from. You will then have a BD function that can scale.

  • Can PEAS help us with partnerships and network introductions?

    Yes - this is an explicit part of our BD work. We open doors through our own network and develop a partnership strategy aligned with your growth goals. Where the right relationships exist, we make the introductions.
