How It Works

Every engagement starts the same way: A no-cost discovery call, so we can understand your (or your team's) specific challenges before agreeing on the right format.

1:1 Coaching
A weekly, one-hour, one-on-one virtual session built around three questions: what happened, what's happening now, and what needs to happen next.

We review what worked (and what didn't) since the last session, look at current prospecting, pipeline and live opportunities, then agree clear actions for the period ahead.

A typical initial engagement runs three months (90 days). Enough time for new habits to take hold and start showing results, with ad-hoc support between sessions when it's needed.
Virtual Workshops
The same core curriculum, delivered live to a team or cohort.

This is built for group learning, where shared language and a dynamic of peer accountability is encouraged.

It's a good fit for onboarding a group of new hires or upskilling a wider sales team together.

Who commissions the programme?

Salespeople invest in the program for their own growth, and managers or companies commission it to develop a new hire or support a rep who needs to get back on track.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How is sales coaching different from sales training?

Sales training typically transfers knowledge or a methodology, whereas sales coaching is ongoing, personalized and performance-focused.

A sales coach works with you on your actual challenges, opportunities and sales activity, with practical guidance, accountability and regular feedback, to turn knowledge into consistent behaviour and measurable results.

  • How do you measure improvement in sales performance?
Using agreed KPIs that track both activity and outcomes.
This ranges from prospecting activity, conversations generated, meetings booked and held, qualified opportunities created, pipeline value and growth, conversion rates and, ultimately, revenue generated.
A baseline at the start lets us measure progress over time and see which behaviours are producing results.

  • How can sales coaching help me earn more and progress my career?

Sales is still a numbers game. The program focuses on three things: creating more opportunities at the top of your funnel, advancing qualified opportunities through your pipeline, and accelerating the right opportunities toward a decision by prioritizing the deals most likely to progress.
Building a healthier pipeline of real, qualified opportunities and consistently delivering results, can mean greater earning potential. This demonstrates your value to your manager, helping position you for more responsibility and future opportunities.

  • Can you help us build a BD function from scratch?

Yes - this is one of the most common starting points for our BD clients. We begin with an assessment of your current pipeline, ICP, and sales activity, then build the process, tools, and materials that give you a foundation to grow from. You will then have a BD function that can scale.
